Italian slicer machines: Manconi three lines

Our production of slicer machines includes three main lines:

  • Kolossal – These slicer machines are the result of Italian craftsmanship and innovation: they’re easy to handle and have exceptional performance and precision
  • Kolossal Dual – New professional machines that can be customized both technically and esthetically, born out of a restyling of our Kolossal slicer machines. The term “dual” refers to the possibility to choose, when placing the order, the type of blade sharpener (either built-in or separate) and the transmission type (belt or gears).
  • Smarty – Restaurants, pizzerias, catering businesses, bars and cafés, cafeterias, and anyone who works with food in general find in Smart the perfect line of Italian slicer machines: small in size, resistant to impact and corrosion, easy to clean, safe, and customizable in their appearance.
