Vertical slicer qualified to cut fresh and frozen meat, with great cutting capacity. The "BIG" plate has a very important dimension that guarantees high loading capacity. The pressmeat, opportunely dimensioned to the great dimension of the plate, can be disassembled for a perfect cleaning. The slices support device is purposely projected in order to cut very thin and perfect slices without waste. As all Kolossal products, also the DUAL range can be cleaned with water jet.
