Source and purpose of the processing The personal data in our possession is gathered directly from the customers and/or collaborators or through agents and representatives during the occasions of promotional communication and/or during business relations or supply contracts. Processing means and methods Data will be processed using suitable means able to guarantee protection and confidentiality, through manual, electronic and/or telematic means fit to store, manage and transfer the same data. We also inform You that Your personal data will be processed with respect of the principles set forth by the Directive 196/03, which provides that the data will be: - correctly and legitimately processed; - gathered and registered for specific, explicit and legal purposes; - exact and, if necessary, updated; - relevant, complete and non-exceeding the processing formalities. Communication of information Your personal data may be disclosed to the following subjects employed in the development of functions strictly linked and exploited to our business, functions which are considered of primary importance for the correct operating of our company: a) financial Administration, Social Security Institutions if necessary, Public Security Authorities; b) data carriers or other bodies employed in office equipment; c) companies or professional institutions employed in the control of fraud and credit recovery; d) banks and credit institutions employed in the financial management of the company; e) insurance companies; f) persons responsible for audit of balance and administrative, revenue and contractual consultants. Your personal data can also be disclosed to other companies of our business group for the coordination of managing activities, also abroad, both within and out of the EU. Your personal data however will not be object of circulation. Rights of the person concerned Concerning the above data processing, the law provides citizens the exercise of specific rights. Particularly, the person concerned may obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information concerning himself/herself and its communication in an understandable form. The interested party has also the right to obtain indications of the origin of the personal information, the purpose and the terms and conditions of the processing; the cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or the blocking of information processed by breach of the law, as well as the updating, the alteration or, when of interest, the integration of data; finally, the opposition, for legitimate reasons. Consequences of a possible refusal The possible refusal of providing personal data, during the gathering of information, might result in the impossibility for the company to observe law obligations and/or contract obligations connected to the development of the relation.
